We offer two convenient options:

    • Complete your purchase with a $100 freight deposit
    • We'll contact you for shipping details and calculate the final shipping cost
    • Any difference between actual shipping cost and your deposit will be charged or refunded
  • 📋 Option 2: Request a quote before purchase

    • Email garvismedical@gmail.com with the item name and your delivery address
    • We guarantee a freight quote within one business day

Required Freight Information:

  • ✓ Delivery location type (commercial or residential)
  • ✓ Contact phone number for delivery coordination
  • ✓ Liftgate requirement (yes/no)
  • ✓ Inside delivery requirement (yes/no)
  • ✓ Loading dock availability
  • ✓ For residential deliveries: confirmation that someone will be available to sign at delivery

Freight Shipping Notes:

  • ⚠️ CRITICAL: Examine all items thoroughly at time of delivery and DO NOT sign for any visibly damaged items
  • ✓ We will provide an invoice showing actual freight charges - you only pay for shipping and insurance with no extra fees
  • ✓ A PRO number for tracking your freight shipment will be provided once your order is booked
