🔄 How Our Guarantee Works:

1.     Contact us within 5 business days of receipt with any discrepancies (garvismedical@gmail.com) and provide a description of any discrepancy and include photographic evidence.

2.     Return item in original packaging. Rewrap and package as received and share your tracking number.

3.     That's it! We process all returns within two business days of receipt.


⚠️ Important Guarantee Terms:

  • 📦 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be refunded when our team receives your purchase and processes it back into the warehouse
  • 💲 15% restocking fee applies for items that were returned, but the purchased product was exactly as described/represented
