BARD Site-Rite 6 (9770066) Ultrasound System w/Tablet, Probe, and Power Unit

This Bard Site-Rite 6 vascular access ultrasound system is a portable ultrasound guidance platform designed for vascular access procedures, with the associated Site-Rite 6 probe and accessories intended to provide ultrasound guidance for placement of needles and catheters in vascular structures. The system is portable and purpose-built for vascular access use, and this set also includes the Sherlock II tip location system tablet/display shown.

Functional testing performed for this unit consisted of powering on the main monitor/console, base power unit, probe, and Sherlock II tablet/display. The main Site-Rite 6 monitor powered on and displayed a live ultrasound image with the probe connected. The connected probe was recognized by the system and produced an image on screen at the time of testing. The Sherlock II tablet/display also powered on successfully and booted to the tip location system interface. The tablet settings screen showed Sherlock software version 1.00 and SapiensShell version 1.0.0 as pictured. No further clinical testing or in-patient verification was performed.
